Harman's Automatic Ignition System is unparalleled in the industry.  Automatic ignition allows the homeowner to fill the hopper with pellets, set the desired room temperature, and walk away.  The Accentra Insert will adjust the fire and even let the fire go out and relight itself according to your set temperature.  The Accentra Insert's automatic temperature control collects information from the room sensors and ESP probe, and then tells the unit when to increase and decrease its fire depending upon the current room temperature.  Even more, the Accentra Insert knows when to factor in the warmth from the sun and changes the burn rate so that the home stays at the set temperature as long as there are pellets in the hopper.

As with all Harman Pellet Stoves, maintenance is minimal.  Over a "ton" of pellets can be burned before ash removal is needed.
